PRESIDENT
ENGR. CERAEL C. DONGGAY
President of Greenergy Development Corporation, has over 50 years in the power industry. Notably, he was the youngest VP at NAPOCOR in 1993 and has received multiple Presidential awards for leadership. With degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, a master’s in Management from AIM, and another in Strategic Business and Economics from UA&P, he consulted for the Philippine Senate on the Electric Power Industry Reform Act. Leading a team in Mindanao, he pioneers the first grid-scale battery, integrating energy research with social and environmental sciences.

ANDREW DONGGAY

Serves as GM and COO of Greenergy Development Corporation, overseeing Greenergy Solar, Mindanao's pioneering commercial solar photovoltaic service. He pursues a Master of Business and Innovation at AIM, holds an MBA from Xavier Ateneo de Cagayan University, and earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and Management with High Honors from De La Salle University. Formerly with Pilipinas Shell Petroleum, he now drives Greenergy's initiatives in sustainability, spanning clean energy, sustainable construction, and green mobility solutions.

works as Communication and knowledge
management specialist for the Climate Investment
Funds Portfolio the Asian Development Bank. She
has spoken in the around Asia on the subject of
climate science and solition for Al Gore’s the Climate
Reality Project.
